1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, choose your favorite sneakers, select your size, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, head to the checkout page, fill in your details, and complete your purchase securely.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. For specific details, check our checkout page.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $500 USD within The United States. For orders below that, shipping fees will apply based on your location.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the shipping carrier’s website.
5. What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns all sales are final. We do allow exchanges, as long as the sneakers are unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Exchange page for full details on how to process your return.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is placed, we work quickly to process and ship it. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they are confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.
7. Do you restock sold-out items?
We try to restock popular items when possible, but limited-edition sneakers may not be restocked. Be sure to sign up for notifications on specific products to stay updated on restocks or new arrivals!
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
